      Data Processing: 
 
  • Data Audit & Reformatting
    This process will give you a preliminary view of the data prior to processing.
  • Deduplication
    This process will beda used to identify and remove duplicate records within a clients data file.

  • Merge Purge
    This process allows you to merge numerous files, removing the duplicate records.

  • Mailsort Processing
    This process is used to re-order a data file into Mailsort order, allowing greater mailing discount benefits to be accrued.

  • Unique Reference Number Generation
    This process is used to be able to identify individual records within a data file via a unique reference number.

       Negative Verification:
 
  • MPS Screening
    This process is used to identify records present on the latest Mailing Preference Service (MPS) file. Where a match is found, the record will be flagged or removed from the clients mailing file.

  • TPS Screening
    This process is used to identify records present on the latest Telephone Preference Service (TPS) file. Where a match is found, the record will be flagged or removed from the clients telemarketing file.

     
  • GoneAway & Mortality Suppression
    This process will match names on the client data file with the occupants shown at the specified address on the latest GoneAway Suppression or Mortality File. The level of match is flagged accordingly.

    The full range of suppression files available include:
  • GAS File (Gone Away Suppression File)
  • NSF File (National Suppression File)
  • NCOA File (National Change of Address File)
  • TBR File (The Bereavment Register File)
  • Mortascreen File (The Mortality File)

       Credit Pre-Screening & Scoring:
 
  • Credit Pre-screening using CallScreen+ enables you to screen your data against consumers known to have a County Court Judgment (CCJ) or Bankruptcies using our sister company Callcredit's credit referencing data.

    This process will flag/remove individuals that match the recency, frequency or value of CCJs/Bankruptcy specified. SHARE members can have access to Default and Delinquency data.

  • Credit Scoring using Gauge for Marketing enables you to score your customers or prospects by their propensity for future risk.

      Positive Verification:
 
  • Electoral Roll Verification
    This process will match name and address records on the client data file with the record shown on the latest Electoral Roll. The level of match will be flagged on the data file. Where the name differs, an Occupier Update can be performed to add the new names.

  • PAF Validation & Enhancement
    This process will match address records on the client data file with the correct address and postcode shown on the Royal Mail Postcode Address File (PAF). The level of match will be flagged on the data file. Where there is a difference, the correct address will be appended to the data file.

      Data Enrichment:
 
  • Occupier Update
    This process will match names on the client data file with the occupants shown at the specified address on the latest Electoral Roll. Where there is a difference, the new occupiers name will be added.

  • Title/Gender Validation & Enhancement
    This process will match names on the client data file with the appropriate gender listed on our Gender tables. Genders will then be used in conjunction with additional household information to assign the appropriate title. This process will either flag title/gender matches or append them where missing.

  • Telematching (Telephone Number Addition)
    This process is used to append telephone numbers to a data file by matching to the name and address.
  • Data Tagging
    Our Data Exchange and CAMEO suite enables you to access a pool of consumer attributes for adding value to your database including:
