- Highlights crucial differences in house price within postcodes, by flagging each house individually.
- Built using council tax band data it is provided as a household level directory and classifies every household in Great Britain by delivering the following key variables:
1) Council Tax Band - 9 bands where:
- A = Lowest House Price in England, Scotland and Wales
- H = Highest House Price in England and Scotland
- I = Highest House Price in Wales
2) 1991 Council Tax Property Valuation Band
3) Current Estimated Property Valuation Band
- Built from council tax band data sourced from all the local authorities in Great Britain.
- Uses regional weightings and actual Land Registry data on property price and sales activity to derive and calibrate current estimates of property price inline with inflationary changes.
- Use to enhance targeting solutions by combining with other CAMEO Classifications selections.
- Use as a stand-alone classification.
